1. Introduction
Welcome to Arah Al Tours. By using our website and booking our car rental services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Eligibility
To rent a car, you must:
Be at least 21 years old
Hold a valid driving license
Provide a valid national ID or passport
Have a valid method of payment
3. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit or full payment.
Prices may vary depending on the car model, rental duration, and pickup/drop-off location.
Payment methods accepted: Credit card, PayPal, cash, or bank transfer.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-show = No refund.
5. Vehicle Use
The vehicle must only be driven by the registered driver(s).
The car must not be used for illegal activities or off-road driving.
Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
The renter is responsible for traffic violations or fines during the rental period.
6. Pickup & Return
The car must be returned at the agreed time and in the same condition.
Late returns may incur additional charges.
Damages must be reported immediately.
7. Insurance
Basic insurance is included in the rental price.
Optional full coverage is available at an extra cost.
In case of accident, an official report must be provided.
8. Liability
Arah Al Tours is not liable for personal items left in the vehicle.
The renter is fully responsible for any misuse of the vehicle.
9. Modifications
Arah Al Tours reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Moroccan law. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Morocco.
